We are happy to welcome you at our Hotel and we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The following information shall help you to familiarize yourself with all our facilities. Adapter

Various adapters are available at the reception for a refundable deposit of € 10.00.

Additional Services

We have additional blankets, soaps, pillows, towels, face cloths and similar items available at no additional cost during our reception desk hours. Please contact us at 📞 100 (or designated reception hot key on your telephone).

Arrival & Departure

Your room is available to you on the day of arrival from 02:00 PM. We respectfully request that you vacate your room on the day of departure by 11 AM at the latest. Please contact the reception under 📞 100 (or designated reception hot key on your telephone) in advance if you would like to extend your stay. We will be happy to store your luggage in the luggage room next to the reception.

Baby Beds (Cribs)

Should you require a crib for your baby please contact our reception at 📞 100 (or designated reception hot key on your telephone). We will be pleased to assist you.

Banks

The opening hours of the local Banks are generally from Monday until Friday from 9.00 am until 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm until 3.00 pm. On Thursdays the hours are from 9.00 am till 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm till 5.30 pm. Slight time deviations can occur among some bank institutes.

Breakfast

Enjoy our buffet breakfast between 07:00 am and 10:00 am in our Vienna style Breakfast Room located on floor 1.

Cash Machines/EC Card

We are pleased to accept payment of your bill by means of EC Card. Cash machines are available at the Raiffeisenbank on Donaufelderstraße, Erste Bank as well as the Volksbank on Wagramer Straße. All of these banks are located within 2 - 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Coffee/Tea

In our breakfast room, we offer a complimentary selection of self-service coffee and tea delicacies from 07:00 am to 10:00 am.

Copy and Fax

Available between 07:00 am and 10:00 pm at the reception desk.

Credit Cards

We gladly accept VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD as well as DINERS CLUB and E- Cash for payment.

Drinks

Drinks (including mineral water) can be purchased from the vending machine on the first floor around the clock.

Elektricity

Your room is equipped with 220 volt electric sockets. The use of electric shavers, hair dryers, electric tooth brushes, mobile phones and laptops is permitted. The use of all other electrical devices, which are not part of the hotel’s own basic equipment is, due to fire-prevention regulations, is not allowed.

Fan

Our hotel is not fully air-conditioned. In case you need a fan during hot days, please contact our reception desk under 📞 100 (or designated reception hot key on your telephone). The toilet facilities and bathrooms are connected to a fully automatic ventilation system.

Fire/Emergency

Please read the fire precautions notice located on the back of your bedroom door and make yourself familiar with the location of the fire exits. In case of any emergency please call the front desk immediately under 📞 100 (or designated reception hot key on your telephone). In the room and in the whole hotel is STRICTLY NO SMOKING due to authority requirements!

High Speed Internet is available in all rooms and in the Lobby You may access this service by connecting your laptop and accessing the internet by the use of your browser. Please deposit your valuables into the in-room safe box. We cannot accept liability for loss.

Tap Water

Please be advised that the tap water in our region is of exceptional high quality and absolute safe for consumption. Bottled mineral water is at the vending machine 24/7 available.

Telephone

You can reach the reception desk under 📞 100 (or designated reception hot key on your telephone). The telephone in your room allows you to make direct local and international calls. The charge per unit is € 0.40 and will automatically be charged to your hotel bill. To reach an outside line you must first dial “0”. For long distance calls please dial “0” followed by the applicable code. To reach another room, simply dial the accordant room number.

Toiletries additional

Have you forgotten something? We are happy to provide you with a toothbrush, razor, comb, sewing kit etc. These amenities are free of charge and available at the reception desk 24 hours a day.

Wake-up call

If you would like to be woken up, simply let us know at the reception desk at 📞 100 (or reception key). Please note that this service is only available during our reception opening hours.
